At Wall of Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused art prints and frames. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we make the exchange and return process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the artwork in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube to ensure it remains crease-free during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
